Router Location:
The router is situated halfway down the corridor of the Bambus House Blue apartment, on the ground floor.
Equipment Restart:
Please unplug the router from the electrical outlet, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in. This procedure resolves most faults.

The apartments are equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
We are here for whatever you need, but we hope you never have to use this information! Have a peaceful stay.
Check-in time: Standard check-in time is from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Late entry: possible by prior arrangement.
Documentation: When checking in, you must present a photo ID.
Accommodation, when booking a whole apartment, is subject to a deposit of €300, preferably reserved on a credit card.
If a reservation is made on the credit card, this deposit will automatically expire 30 daysafterits creation, provided that no damage has been caused to the accommodation.
If the deposit is paid in cash, it will be returned after checking that there is no damage to the accommodation.
In the event of damage to the property, furniture or equipment, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.
AIMA: Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum
As this is a Tourist Accommodation in Portugal (AL), we are legally obliged to report the stay of foreign citizens without permanent residence permits in the country to AIMA within a maximum of three working days after their arrival.
Municipal Tourist Tax
Guests aged 16 or over are subject to the Municipal Tourist Tax for a maximum of five consecutive nights. This tax is €1/night from 1 November to 31 March and €2 from 1 April to 31 October.

To ensure you feel comfortable, relaxed, and enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay, please respect the following rules, which are essential for good cohabitation and property maintenance.
Respecting Capacity: It is mandatory to respect the maximum number of people stated at the time of booking and agreed upon by us.
Excess Guests and Visitors: Excess guests or overnight visitors are not permitted. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €50 per person/per night will be charged.
Additional Installations: The installation of travel cots, inflatable mattresses, or other types of beds not provided by the property is not allowed.
Children Count: Children aged three years old or more are counted as adults for capacity purposes.
Child Exceptions: Exceptionally, and depending on availability, we may accommodate one additional child up to 12 years old, beyond the maximum capacity of each apartment, in a cot or extra bed, for a supplementary cost of €25 per night.
Free Cots: Children under three years old have a cot provided by us free of charge.
Pets: Pets of any kind are not permitted on the property.
Quiet Time: Quiet Time across the entire property is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Security and Absence: The external gates of the villa must remain closed. Whenever guests leave the property, exterior doors and windows must be closed.
Energy Saving: For safety reasons, please switch off the air conditioning, fans, lights, and TV before leaving the house.
Smoking Prohibition: According to the law, smoking is not allowed inside the house *. Ashtrays are provided outside. We kindly ask you not to extinguish cigarettes outside the ashtrays.
Pool Access: Access to the pool is exclusively for guests of Bambus House.
* Law 37/2007, of 14/08, amended by Laws No. 109/2015, of 26/08, 63/2017, of 03/08 and DL No. 9/2021, of 29/01. The ban includes new non-combustible tobacco products that produce aerosols, vapours, gases or inhalable particles, and electronic cigarettes containing nicotine – Violations are punishable by a fine of up to €500.
Pool Use: Guests must help maintain the cleanliness of the pool area. Eating or drinking inside the pool is not permitted.
Sanitary Use: Do not flush wet wipes, tampons, sanitary pads, or food scraps down the toilet to prevent blockages. Only toilet paper (in moderation) should be flushed.
Waste Management: Guests must not leave household rubbish, bags, or any other objects on the street or in the common areas of the villa. Rubbish, properly secured in closed bags, can be deposited daily by guests in the containers located at the top and bottom of the street. Recycling bins are about 200m from the house.
Change of clothes and towels – Full Apartment – Stays of 2 Weeks or more: A free change of bed linen and towels will be provided once a week.
Additional cleaning and linen changes can be requested, subject to a payment of €150 to be made at the time of service.
Change of clothes and towels –Suite Rental – Stays of 4 Days or more: Towels will be provided every two days, and bed linen weekly.
Prohibition: New Year’s Eve parties, stag/hen parties, and similar celebrations are not permitted without prior authorisation from the owners.
Confetti: Confetti cannot be used under any circumstances.

Do not leave children unattended near the pool.
The pool is saltwater and is 1.20 m (3ft 11 in) deep. Do not dive in headfirst.
Always use sunscreen, especially on children, with SPF 50.
Avoid sun exposure during the hottest hours – between 12:00 and 16:00.
On the beach, pay attention to the warning flags:
In case of a sting or accident, immediately go to the lifeguard on duty.
Do not dive near the rocks.
Drink at least 1.5L of water per day.
Protect yourselves from mosquito bites, use repellent.

Também conhecido como Villa Romana de Vilamoura, consiste principalmente nas ruínas de uma antiga povoação romana do Séc. I a.C., formada por uma abastada casa rural, um centro produtivo baseado na agricultura e na pesca, uma necrópole e várias estruturas portuárias.
A povoação continuou a ser habitada durante os períodos visigótico e islâmico, sendo abandonada no Séc. XI. O sítio conta com um museu e um centro interpretativo.

É uma estrutura polinucleada, com a sede (Arqueologia, situado no castelo de Loulé), e cinco polos museológicos: polo da Cozinha Tradicional e polo dos Frutos Secos, em Loulé; 3 polos – Cândido Guerreiro e Condes de Alte; Castelo de Salir e Água em Querença e dois monumentos – o Castelo e a Ermida de Nossa Senhora da Conceição.


Construída na década de 50 do séc. XVII, é um pequeno templo de nave única. O seu interior contém vários tesouros artísticos, como é o caso do retábulo barroco em talha dourada com algumas imagens de grande qualidade, em especial a de Nossa Senhora da Conceição. Igualmente interessante é o conjunto de azulejos alusivos à vida da Virgem e a pintura do teto que representa Nossa Senhora da Assunção, obra de 1841 da autoria do pintor louletano Joaquim José Rasquinho.

Inaugurado no dia 27 de Junho de 1908, foi construído ao lado dos Paços do Concelho, em estilo revivalista de inspiração árabe com quatro pavilhões e quatro portões de acesso.
Após obras de melhoria, reabriu a 1 de Fevereiro de 2007, mais moderno, com melhores condições de higiene e segurança, assumindo-se como um ex-libris da cidade de Loulé.


Também conhecido por Santuário da Mãe Soberana – é um dos mais importantes santuários marianos de Portugal e a sua celebração anual é reconhecida como “a maior manifestação religiosa a Sul de Fátima”.
A ermida foi edificada em 1553 e nos finais do século XVI o padroado deste templo passou para a Câmara de Loulé. As festas anuais em honra de Nossa Senhora da Piedade, enquanto “Mãe Soberana” de todos os filhos de Deus, mantiveram, ao longo dos séculos, uma grande popularidade, e, nos meados do século XX, foi construído um novo templo, de grandes dimensões, junto à ermida.

É um dos maiores tesouros artísticos do Algarve. Construída no início do séc. XVIII, é uma igreja de nave única com a capela-mor coberta por uma cúpula. Todo o interior está revestido de azulejos figurativos de excelente qualidade que narram a vida de S. Lourenço. Estes foram concebidos em 1730, e constituem o melhor testemunho da arte barroca em azulejo no Algarve.
Merecem também referência o retábulo em talha dourada da capela-mor em estilo barroco e a imagem de São Lourenço que lá se encontra.
