It is there from 10 pm to 8 am. There is no impediment to enjoying the outdoors, but it must be done while respecting the noise limit.

We’re sorry, but although we love animals, we can’t accommodate them. However, we have references of good pet-friendly hotels in the neighbourhood.

Normal check-in time is from 5 pm to 9 pm, but late check-in is possible until 12 pm. This costs € 25 and is only possible with prior notice from guests.

Yes, there is! At least one of the guests must be aged 25 or over and be responsible for the booking. For any exception to this rule, the owner must be contacted in advance, otherwise the booking will not be accepted and the deposit will not be refunded.

Yes, you must hand over € 300 in cash or by credit card when you check into the flat. This amount will be refunded once we have confirmed that the flat, furniture and equipment are in perfect condition. This is usually done during the cleaning after check-out.

Yes, children’s equipment is available and free of charge. Guests must request them in advance on the online check-in form.

Yes, the entire indoor and outdoor area of the villa is covered by free high-speed WI-FI and the network and password is the same throughout the property.

Yes, because it is located on the ground floor of the villa, with direct access to street level, and because it has benefited from various works in the guest bathroom and the widening of doors and installation of a small ramp, the Bambus House Blue flat is accessible to people with reduced mobility and who use a wheelchair.

Two of the four suites (Suite Bote and Suite Surf) have wide doors and adapted wardrobes; in the guest bathroom, in addition to the wide door, the entire floor is continuous for the shower, the washbasin allows the wheelchair to approach, the mirror is low and the taps are single-lever; the doors to the living rooms, kitchen and access to the pool also have measures suitable for wheelchair circulation.

In addition to a walking aid, the guest bathroom has grab rails in the shower, next to the toilet and washbasin and also has a toilet riser; there is a stool and a wheelchair with a built-in potty for the shower; Bambus House Blue also has a removable support for easy use of the toilets that can be installed next to the toilets in the suites. Yes, they can be rented for longer or shorter periods than those advertised, but you should contact the owner.

At the moment it is not possible to rent the suites individually and share the common areas. However, it is expected that this will be possible from September 2024.

Yes, it is possible, but it is considered an extra charge to be paid when you book.

For longer periods (two weeks or more) there is a possibility of a change of linen and intermediate cleaning free of charge when this is agreed in the direct booking and/or on the platforms where this is foreseen. If this is not agreed, it is always possible to change clothes and/or do intermediate cleaning for a fee when hiring the service.

The Bambus House Blue flat has capacity for eight adults, which can be extended to 10 adults and one child under the age of three, using the sofa bed and a cot respectively. The Bambus House Green flat sleeps four adults and can be extended up to six adults and one child under the age of three, using the sofa bed and a cot respectively.

No! No more guests are allowed in the flats than those indicated at the time of booking and listed on the previous check-in form. If excess users are detected, they will have to leave immediately or, if they stay overnight, they will pay € 25 per person, regardless of age, per night.

At the moment, Bambus House does not serve breakfast. However, it is expected that from September, if the Bambus House Blue suites are rented separately, this will happen.
