Since there is no planet B and aiming at minimizing the environmental impact of our homes as much as possible, we are progressively taking environmentally friendly measures, such as:

• usagee of environmentally friendly and non-irritating cleaning products. However, due to the new hygiene procedures this is not always possible. If there is someone in the family / group particularly sensitive to products that contain chlorine, ammonia or isopropyl alcohol, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to refrain from using them;
• salt water pool, which avoids the use of chlorine and other chemicals;
• usage of LED lamps;
• the progressive installation of light sensors and timers in different areas inside and outside the apartments and in swimming pool area;
• timed irrigation system for garden areas;
• toilet flush with double flushing system;
• electric water heating;
• electric stove and oven;
• posting of alerts and warnings around the apartment calling for water saving, noise reduction and cleaning care.

Intentions for the future:

• Installation of solar panels for water heating.

Request to the municipality:

• Installation of an eco-point in the street for waste separation.
