Bambus House Holidays Rental

We are looking forward to welcoming you and ensuring that your stay in one of our apartments fulfills your expectations! For a smooth management of your stay, we ask you to take into account the following guidelines.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in time: from 5 pm to 9 pm.

Late check-in, by prior arrangement: from 9 pm to 11 pm, with a fixed cost of €25.

• Minimum age of the person responsible for check-in: 25 years old.
• Upon check-in, guests are required to show an identification card with photo and a credit card.
• The accommodation is subject to a deposit of €300, which can be made in cash or by credit card pre-authorization (free of charge). If there is no damage to the accommodation after your stay, this deposit will be refunded in full to the guest. If it was made in cash, it will be refunded within a maximum period of three days via bank transfer. If it was done by credit card pre-authorization, it will automatically end after 30 days. However, if there are any damages to the apartment, furniture and / or equipment the coast for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the said deposit.
• Check-out: from 8 am to 11 am – to be scheduled in advance.

Dear guest, we are grateful that you respect the check-out times so that we can offer an excellent service to the next customers.

• When checking out, the dishes must be left washed. There is no need to make the beds. Please live the bed linen on the beds and the towels in the bathroom. We are grateful that you do not wash the bed linen and towels at the end of your stay. It will proceed to the laundry.

Please leave the utensils where you found them, namely the television controls (and AC controls at Bambus House Green).

If you need to store your luggage temporarily, we can arrange storage for free.

Our home is your home during your holidays. Please feel at home, relax and enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Our rules:

• Guests must respect the number of people indicated at the time of booking and accepted by us.
• Children aged three and above count as adults.
• Excessive guest situations or overnight visits will not be allowed. In any situation contrary to the above, a penalty of €50 per person / night will be charged.
• Guests are not allowed to install cots, inflatable mattresses or any other devices.
• Children under the age of three will have a baby cot available free of charge.

If necessary and depending on availability, we may, exceptionally, accommodate an additional child, up to 12 years old, in a cot or in an extra bed for an additional fee of €25 per night.

• Although we love pets, we are sorry they are not allowed for reasons of hygiene and allergy prevention.
• Please avoid making noise, inside or outside the house, especially between 10 pm and 8 am. Most of the neighbors are not on holidays and they appreciate peace and quiet.
• At night and during the day when all guests are absent, the outer gates of the villa must remain locked. Likewise, exterior windows must be closed whenever guests are away.
• For safety’s sake, please do not forget to turn off heaters / fans, lamps and TVs before leaving the apartment.
• The access to the swimming pool is exclusively for the guests of the two apartments of this villa.
• Guests must keep the pool clean, not throw objects inside, and take a shower before entering it. Eating or drinking inside the pool is prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, for reasons of hygiene and for the convenience of our guests. There are ashtrays available outside and we appreciate that you do not extinguish the cigarettes outside, especially in the garden areas.
• To avoid clogging of the toilets, please do not throw toilet paper, cleaning wipes, tampons, dressings or food scraps in the toilet.
• It is the guest’s responsibility not to leave household garbage, bags or any other objects on the street and in the circulation areas of the villa. The garbage, properly packed in closed bags, can be deposited, every day, by guests, in the containers located in the upper and lower part of the street (there are no eco-points in this street yet).
• Parking of vehicles in this street is only allowed on the left hand-side when ascending.
• New Year parties, bachelor parties and other parties are not allowed. Confetti must not be used under any circumstances.
• For stays of two or more weeks, guests will be provided with a weekly change of bed linen and towels.
• Additional Cleaning and linen changes, can be carried out at the request of guests, upon a fee to be settled at the time of service:
  • Bambus House Blue – €150.
  • Bambus House Green – €100.

Please note that we are a short-term rental facility and we are unable to offer 24-hour, seven days a week reception services. However, please feel free to contact us whenever you need, preferably via email or using our form and we will get in touch as soon as possible.
