Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Framework

In order for our relationship to be guided by transparency, we have come to present our reservation and cancellation policy.

Essential information

  • Minimum stay of 7 nights during July and August.
  • Minimum stay of 4 nights during the remaining months of the year.
  • It is possible to book for shorter or longer periods upon request. Prices vary accordingly. Please contact us for more details.
  • Excessive guests or overnight visitors beyond those agreed at the time of booking are not permitted. If this situation arises, a penalty of €50 per person/night will be charged.
  • All children are welcome. Children aged three are counted as adults for occupational purposes.
  • There is a free cot available for hildren under the age of three.
  • The silence period is from 10 pm to 8 am.
  • We are sorry, but we do not accept pets.

Booking conditions

  • Enter the dates you wish to check calendar availability.
  • Fill in the apartment booking form (Bambus House Blue or Bambus House Green). It is important to identify the number of children and the estimated time of arrival.
    • If there is an extra child in the person count for the flat, you must also indicate this.
  • Proceed to send 50% of the value of the stay (as per calculation by the reservation software) as down-payment for the reservation. This advance can be made using one of the following methods:
    • Bank transfer (in this case you will receive an automatic email with the information to proceed with the tranfer).
    • Paypal
    • Credit card
  • The reservation is guaranteed after confirmation of receipt of the down-payment amount. A receipt of the advance payment will be sent to you by email.
  • Payment of the remaining amount should be made up to 30 days from the date of entry.
  • Upon arrival, we ask for a security deposit of €300.
    • The deposit can be made, preferably, through a credit card reservation.
    • If there are no damages to the apartment at the end of the stay, this deposit will be refunded in full, in a short period after check-out. However, if there are any damages to the apartment, furniture and / or equipment of the villa, the value of repairs / replacements will be deducted in the referred deposit.

Cancellation conditions

The conditions for refund due to cancellation of the reservation depend on the moment of the respective communication. Thus:

  • Up to 30 days before the check-in date, the full amount paid will be refunded.
  • Between 15 and 29 days before the check-in date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • There will be no refunds cancellation in the 14 days prior to check-in.
  • A guest that has already checked-in and wishes to interrupts his stay will not be entitled to any refund.

Consumer disputes

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may use the following alternative consumer dispute resolution entity:
